Food and beverage
You will find our culinary offer in the separate documentation. We will be glad to advise you personally and individually. To round off the wedding menu perfectly, we also offer a dessert and cheese buffet (for groups of 30 or more guests). On request, we can set up a bar counter in the ballroom and offer your guests a midnight snack for refreshment.
Rehearsal dinner and wine tasting
When having booked definitely, we invite you to get to know our cuisine and offer to taste your wedding menu. We would also be glad to advise you on tasting and recommend the ideal wines for your celebration. The wines served by glas can be tasted free of charge, all other wines are sold "over the counter" and can be enjoyed afterwards at the table or at home.
Seating and decoration
Our team will plan the interior design for your event individually. Let us know your wishes in good time and we will suggest a suitable room layout. - The following decorative elements are included in a wedding at the Hotel Eden Spiez: table numbers, pearl-coloured cloth napkins folded according to your wishes, pearl-coloured cloth table linen, personalised menu cards with text and photo (within the arrangement), easel for the table plan at the entrance of the hall and coloured mood lighting.
Fireworks and sky lanterns
For fireworks and sky lanterns you need a permit from the municipality of Spiez. This must be obtained in writing in advance and submitted to us. For safety reasons, we reserve the right to prohibit the use of the above-mentioned objects in certain situations.
Overnight and spa
We are pleased to offer the bridal couple an overnight stay in a romantic room (for a booking of 40 guests or more). Your guests benefit from special overnight prices and enjoy an extensive breakfast the morning after. The extensive spa facilities at the Hotel Eden Spiez are available to you all day long on the day of departure.
